Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval Policy (CAMP)

This policy defines the framework for content creation, moderation, and approval on the ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics (ICAR-NIVEDI) website (https://nivedi.res.in).

1. Content Contribution

Authorized personnel including scientists, administrative staff, and project investigators can contribute content.
Content may include research updates, publications, reports, event notifications, training schedules, and project updates.
Contributors must ensure factual accuracy, relevance, and alignment with ICAR-NIVEDI’s objectives.

2. Content Moderation

Moderation is performed by the Web Information Manager (WIM) and designated content reviewers.
Content is verified for accuracy, completeness, language, and compliance with Government of India guidelines.
Content found outdated or inaccurate will be sent back to the contributor for necessary revision.

3. Content Approval

The approved content is reviewed by the Director/Head of the Institute or an assigned approver before publication.
Only approved content will be published on the official website.
All updates are logged with contributor, moderator, and approval timestamps for transparency.

4. Review and Update Mechanism

Website content is reviewed every 3 months for relevancy and correctness.
Time-sensitive content (e.g., notifications, training programs) will be archived or removed post expiry.
