ICAR-NIVEDI Conducts Training Programme Under Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Phase-II

One-day capacity building initiative focuses on modern governance, professional excellence, and citizen-centric service delivery for 34 staff members

The ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics (ICAR-NIVEDI), Bengaluru, organized a one-day training programme under Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Phase-II (Zone-V) on 4 February 2026 at its campus, with participation of 34 staff members.

The programme focused on capacity building of government employees by promoting modern governance practices, professional excellence, and Seva Bhav for citizen-centric service delivery. Emphasis was laid on aligning individual values with organizational roles to strengthen efficiency, accountability, and commitment to nation-building.

The training was conducted by Dr Ramesh H S, Senior Scientist and Master Trainer, ICAR-NIANP, Bengaluru, through interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and experiential modules covering shared vision, professional fulfilment, and Karmayogi values.

The programme reinforced ethical public service orientation and aligned participants with the vision of Mission Karmayogi.
